What is the hostname of your sound server?
What is your server's port?
[SHOUTcast v2 only] What is your server's stream ID?
[Icecast only] What is your server's admin username?
[SHOUTcast v2 & Icecast only] What is your server's admin password?
[Icecast only] What is your mountpoint?
